the staff were super kind and really helpful, especially angela at the front desk who helped us when we had car trouble. the room was very clean and comfy and we had a lovely garden view. the pool area was nice to chill at after a long day. breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day right. overall, it’s a good spot for a short stay and great value for money.
the noise from the main road was a bit annoying at night and the air conditioning wasn't great, so it got kinda hot in the room.

The stay at this hotel in Siena offered some great moments. The pool area provided a perfect spot to relax, especially in the warm weather. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a big shower, which added a lot of comfort. The staff were very helpful, giving us excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. the noise from the street was quite disruptive at night, making it hard to sleep. Although the hotel is advertised as a 20-25 minute walk to the city center, there are steep hills to navigate, which can be a challenge in the heat. I appreciated the cleanliness of the premises. everything felt well-maintained. The breakfast options were decent, though they could use more variety. Free parking nearby was a bonus, especially since the streets can get busy.

We had a delightful time at the hotel with our dogs! The pool area was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner at a nearby trattoria. Angela was incredibly welcoming, ensuring we settled in comfortably despite our hectic arrival.
My children wished for more outdoor activities for their age group.

Just a reliable pick for a lightning stop in Siena with outstanding value. Angela at the front desk was incredibly helpful, arranging a taxi when we had car trouble. Be mindful of the unpaved roads if walking into town.

Traffic noise made restful nights difficult!!! Shower design could use a rethink to prevent water mess!!! Updating lobby furniture would enhance the welcoming ambiance!!!

It was just a nice choice for a transient visit in Siena with decent value for money. The shower was poorly designed, which created a bit of a mess, but the room was okay. Bring earplugs for a better night's sleep!
